"The place is nice and looks like you are staying in a fancy hotel. The only problem I encountered was a lot of women offering their services, it felt uncomfortable to get on the elevator sometimes or at the lobby or outside."

"The room was fine for 2. Like others said- the bathroom space is laughable. But it was ok. The staff was really nice. I enjoyed the location being a little out of the way- but if you don’t want to rack up extra steps- consider staying closer to a station"
Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

"Great location, staff were very helpful. Easy access to the trains, There is a shuttle to the station. If we waited for the shuttle it was only a few minutes. Take shuttle across the street to avoid the driveway to the property. Train takes you to Disney and shops/ restaurants since mall is nearby. We bought the 4 day pass makes it easier to hop on and off. Facilities very clean. Balcony very nice with vast view of the bay and even Mt. Fuji showed up one day in the distance…it’s to the right of the bridge."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we can’t say enough good things about Grand Nikko. The hotel was in pristine condition 100% of the time we were there. The staff was amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast and dinner buffets it was incredible, we added our breakfast buffet on when we booked and so glad we did. The free resort shuttle was super handy. We would definitely come back for sure!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
