I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is beautiful. Right at the entrance of the Disneyland Park, you receive an early entrance pass which makes a huge difference to book your rides. Cute amenities to bring home are refilled every day

Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

Great location for the Disney parks and this hotel was wonderful and all the amenities in the room excellent. The room so comfortable and cleaned. You can walk to the sea park but Disney land is a little farther walk but they have shuttle service. Had a great stay would do it again. Breakfast was excellent as well

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. Hotel is clean, Japanese breakfast for $1700 yen, free soda after 1500 and a late free soup dish after 2130. Service was excellent, food good, free coffee and water station. Hotel gives 2 free gifts per person,...

We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. We did not purchase the buffet breakfast, not being use to japan style breakfast but it did look good. The...

Nice place with free shuttles from and to airport terminals

The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

Excellent location for both Disney parks, free shuttle to the Disney tram, eating options and convenient store in the same building!

Very helpful staff. Convenient bus to Disney. Lawson in the lobby made snacks and sundries easy to obtain. Very clean. Although it was extra, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

It's an apartment building operated as a hotel and is perfect if you want to have a room with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit we stayed in was clean and the location was just a few minutes walk from the train station. Best part is there's a grocery right in front and a konbini at the ground floor of the building. There's also a lot of dinning options around the area. The staff were super friendly and tried their best to help us with our requests. Keep in mind though the location is in Chiba...

Very roomy and comfy. Great ocean view. Close to Disney monorail.

Was visiting Tokyo Disneyland for a few days. This resort is perfectly located near the monorail station. Wonderful Staff excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Overall fantastic stay, hope to be back for another visit soon.

Definitely would recommend, Loved the Disney decor throughout the hotel.

Love this hotel. My son was ecstatic at arrival when the check in was done by a raptor. The rooms are spacious (for Tokyo sizes) and very comfortable. Breakfast was a super plus and they have plenty of options. One of the best breakfast options during our long trip to Japan. It has a shuttle to Disney and can also be walked (15 mins walking distance), we did it twice with our 6 year old and he loved to see the beautiful houses on the way. We would definitely stay here again in the future...
