The male staff member on duty came to the room and fixed the toilet, but he did not say a single word throughout the interaction and appeared visibly annoyed. After fixing it, he left the room without saying anything. I found this very uncomfortable and disappointing. The problem was not caused by me, and I do not...

「I love how accommodating they were but the pool was closed by the health department」

「When I asked the front to call the taxi for me, they gave me the telephone number of the taxi company. I hoped they could call a taxi for me instead of giving me the number. Other hotels usually have the call taxi service.」

「Some of the towels bedding were no very clean Otherwise very nice」
