"Very dated property still looks like old peoples care home, decor very dated with stains on walls, Dinner menu was good unlike breakfast very limited menu with many cold items. All staff very accommodating but all in all over priced for the quality of accommodation and over charging for parking, for what they charge to stay and facilities supplied the parking should be included , "

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."

Absolutely worthwhile.. wish we had known about this with our many visits to Guildford previously - would have avoided some horrors!Rent with no trepidation and full expectation of perfect!"
