"The floor in our bedroom creaks alarmingly when walked on. My concern was not for safety, as I am quite sure it is safe, but I felt extremely embarrassed about the noise being heard downstairs! Weren’t allowed to buy from children’s menu unless we bought an adult meal - which seemed like a missed opportunity to make some money for the hotel. "
