Fab staff Hannah, Helen and Puthi were brilliant and I felt safe as an individual travelling on my own. Parking great free and easy. Room great and light and tea and coffee provided. Happily recommend and stay again "

"The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again"
