Perfect location for a city break in Norwich. Clean and quiet, onset parking. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the aircon room as we stayed during the peak of heatwave week. However there's no fridge in the room so no where to keep our drinks cool. Overall room was quiet, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Yes we would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a very enjoyable stay - excellent room facilities, breakfast, staff service and general amenity. One query was not being able to include our ten nights on the IHG Rewards despite booking at an IHG hotel! As regular travellers this was disappointing. Stuart & Margaret Walker
