「ノリッジ空港に深夜に到着する予定だったため、空港近くでリーズナブルなこのホテルに予約。部屋は広く清潔でしたが、一晩中換気の音がかなり大きかったのが、1番の欠点。隣りに24時間のマクドナルドがあり、朝食はリーズナブルにそちらを利用しました。シティセンターに行くバス停もそれほど遠くなく、空港近くにあるもうひとつのホテルと比べると、コスパは良いと思いました。」

「First time visiting here and will be the last the staff need some customer skills as clearly non of the staff know what they are doing the manager was very grumpy and rude, the food was terrible the breakfast in the morning took over an hour to arrive and we were the first in there and when it turned up I thought I had ordered for an infant nothing hardly on there, the food in the evening again took over an hour to arrive and wish we never ordered from here the chicken curry my wife ordered was...

「ホテルの入り口からエントランスまでの並木道がとても素敵です。地元の方もホテルのプールやジムを利用にきているようです。車で少し走ると割と大きなスーパーがあり便利でした。フロントやバーの若い従業員があまり仕事ができない方が多いですが、フレンドリーで憎めない感じです。」

「What an absolute gem. Situated in a quiet quaint village Wayside is the perfect getaway. My room was clean and spacious with views out onto beautiful countryside. Lovely courtyard at the entrance with seating area. Continental breakfast wanted for nothing with fresh refrigerated milk, yoghurts, orange juice, cheese grapes etc. Lovely fresh bread, toaster, kettle and all you need to use. Shower room compact and spotless. I would definitely recommend」

Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money.」

「The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.」

「It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter.」

「What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...
