「There was no morning breakfast buffet but this is written and acknowledged from their description at booking but when I was shown to the room there was a little bag with breakfast items and a fresh fruit to eat which was very pleasantly surprising.」

The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again.」

「It is a wonderful historic building with golf course in beautiful grounds. The hotel's defining feature is the pool, spa and gym facilities, which are well maintained and of very high standard. If this does not interest you, don't stay here. It seems like the primary business focus of the hotel is to host weddings and large celebratory events.
