"Our whole experience was perfect, our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay here longer! The staff were all so polite, welcoming and always willing to answer a question or provide general help. Would definitely recommend Parkroyal Collection Picking as a place to stay when visiting Singapore!"

"After a month in SE Asia this was the least impressive accommodation. Hotel was clean, lots of queues for lifts and breakfast after 7.30am. 5 minute wait for a lift on occasions. Staff friendly enough, concierge was outstanding. Overall we found a our room had poor ventilation and an odour through the ground floor. Shower over bath not ideal, apparently other rooms offer seperate shower but not an option for us apparently. Convenient to MRT and Clarke Quay."
