"Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location was another major advantage, providing convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being centrally located, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. The facilities, including the fitness center and common areas, were modern, clean, and well-managed. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable guest experience. "Solo travel for one night, arrived really early because of flight time and was able to leave my luggage and go out for the day. Check in through a tablet on the desk but was helped by a member of staff. The room was female only and had 8 beds I think, the pods were private and comfortable with black out blind and I booked one with a window which was nice. Location was great, easy access to everywhere. Only gripe was that the bathroom was untidy, there were clothes and socks around and in the showers toothbrushes and washing stuff leaving little room to put my things for the shower. The girls were nice but it was not a social experience, everyone private which totally understand and okay with me. But not a party or social hostel from my experience. Had a v good sleep in quiet room. Would recommend just would have been better if no stuff laying around."

"While the hotel on the outer areas looks good. We stayed in two rooms on two different occasions. Sadly, both rooms were much to be desired when it came to proper cleaning. The carpet is very old and needs a deep cleaning. There were old bed sandals that were left under the bed. The bath tub was not properly clean. The staff were friendly and easy to work with."

"The hotel is particularly well located. Access to the local MRT and bus is excellent. It was a few minutes walk to three shopping centres which offered a great choice of places to shop, eat and browse. My room was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect particularly after a very hot day sightseeing. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly."
