Our recent stay at The Capitol Kempinski Singapore was truly memorable — one that will be part of my core memories. From the moment we checked in, Areen’s immaculate hospitality made us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The next morning, Cheryl’s attentiveness at breakfast added a wonderful touch to our experience.
While there were some hiccups — our breakfast orders were mixed up twice — the overall experience more than made up for it. After all, we’re all human, and a few small missteps can be easily forgiven when the service and sincerity shine through.
