"Overall expected given its a short term stay hotel etc however slippers would be nice as room and batthroom floors hard to navigate"

"Lovely large quiet clean room with modern facilities , particularly like the ability to open balcony door to allow fresh air to circulate. Reception and dining staff always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has access to the adjacent mall via levels 1-3 as well as a short cut to the City Hall MRT ( by route outside the lobby) . Not keen on the shower gel or soaps they use so I always bring my own .Haven't worked out how to turn off auto night floorlight yet ! Great location and dining options. "
