The room was spotless, modern and well-appointed. The hotel is in a great location for shopping on Orchard Road, and the MRT (Subway) entrance is conveniently located right next to the hotel entrance. Very convenient and easy way to travel anywhere in Singapore. The rooftop bar and pool is great t relacx after a days sight seeing.

Everything was fantastic! Buffets breakie was great, the staff at front desk always helpful, the maid service was great! We had the same person every day and she was amazing!! The pool was great but could use a few more loungers as people stayed in theirs all day and others had to sit on other non lounging options but the view was fabulous!

Amazing pool which is the real selling point of the hotel. Rooms are on the small size for some of the cheaper rooms, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast can get very bus, otherwise good offering is made.

Hotel location is fantastic with the Somerset MRT station below, staff welcomed us in the morning when we arrived from the airport and stored our luggage and allowed us to access the pool and shower facilities early which was convenient. Breakfast options are excellent

The hotel was very clean, well organised breakfast, lots to choose from, in an area close to sightseeing places, good views from the room. Friendly staff! Would definitely visit again!

This was my third stay at Hotel Jen, and it has never disappointed. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the shopping and dining district. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the pricing is reasonable.

Well located city hotel with rooftop pool

Great location right in the heart of a shopping district. Room was practical for a city hotel with a comfortable bed, not much privacy in the frosted glass bathroom. Rooftop pool was a huge benefit and turned out to a good vantage point to watch the fireworks. They were also really flexible at check out, allowing us to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight.

Very central. Direct lift access to the MRT and Orchardgateway. Rooms were very clean and made nicely every day. Breakfast buffet is quite good but we only made use of it once.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Singapore. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is fantastic — close to major attractions, dining, and public transport. The only downside was the beds, which weren’t the most comfortable, but overall, it was a great experience and good value for the location.
