Location was good, but the pool was not open. No maid service, if I had been staying more than one night would have to pull sheets and dirty towels and take to desk for clean one. Nice room and had nice bed, table/desk and couch and chair and kitchen. WOuld have been ok for long term stay but for the service issue and pool not open.

My girlfriend and I booked this trip about a week in advance. We had to drive 12 hours down from Nebraska for a funeral, with two of our dogs. When we booked through Expedia it said there were no additional or surprise fees, which was not true as neither of us saw the pet fee or incidental fee that we had to pay when we checked in. The room had not been cleaned before we arrived, other than the bed thankfully. There were cracks all over the walls, stains on lampshades and the couch. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked as one didn’t have a switch at all. One of the two bathroom lights had no switch at all either and was always on. The bathroom door had no latch, looked like someone kicked it in and then it never got repaired. The bathtub has rust stains all down the front of the tub. The morning of check out my girlfriend found and killed a roach in the room. We had to wait over an hour to check out, after 8 am. We tried calling multiple times and she tried ringing the buzzer, even knocking. Despite the lobby door saying “open 7 am”. After contacting Expedia for help, she was let in and tried to discuss the issues we had. She was called a liar, told we never tried calling or buzzing in, and was yelled at and cussed at by the manager.he went on to say he sold the property and it wasn’t his problem. After asking for a refund or at least our despot back, she was told to “f**k off, you’re not getting anything. Get out of my hotel or I’ll be using your card information”

Help the stray 🐈

I absolutely loved staying here the dude with the glasses very polite I hate that they sold the property. Now i worry about the stray mom and her 4 kittens what will happen to them wish i could take with me. But if ur reading this and u can help ease go get them kittens are about 8 weeks old.mom is very friendly.

Right in middle of everything

Bed is very comfortable has full kitchen with a few dishes rooms need to be high dusted. Fire place we couldn't use wish we could have.Other than that cant complain

Okay but won’t return

Booked this for a cheaper overnight stay after hanging out with friends. The area is a good area in town, the outside could use some work. The fire detector went off all night. The room was clean but I wouldn’t stay here again.

After a horrible experience the night before at another hotel, we moved to Suites 6 for the last two nights of our visit. We were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Most important, we felt safe on the property.

I walked through the room. Clothes doors were kicked in. Lights in the bathroom were broken. I layed in the bed didnt even get under the covers and in about 30 minutes I started inching I basically paid for the parking lot cuz I left and slept in my car.

Seen roaches. Horrible bed linens.... coke machines no choices... snack machine 2 choice... just another cheap foreigner run down hotel.... nice friendly cleanly ness is a thing of the past if you dont pay for a $300 fancy hotel!

The room was disgusting. Blood stains on the walls, floors, and curtains. Walls were nasty. I dont know what all that was on the curtains outside of the smeared blood stains. We went elsewhere.
