「Bathroom seemed completely renovated」

「Everything was great! The kitchen could use the basic spices 😀」

「Rooms look run down, paint on the washroom door poor workmanship. Bath tub corner walls cracking with no cocking. Baseboards in wash room were not installed and painted properly. Hairs on the wall in the washroom from previous guests. Toilet was extremely low need to upgrade to a taller toilet to sit on comfortably. Breakfast selection very limited and mediocre. Staff very helpful and friendly.」

「While this resort was advertised and perhaps previously known as pet friendly, in my opinion, it certainly is not. While I paid for my stay in full prior to arrival and did my check in online, it wasn’t until I was in the lobby asking for an extra roll of toilet paper that I was asked to pay $50 plus tax extra for our dog. In addition, and most disappointing is that the dog was not allowed in the courtyard area where I had planned to sit with the dog in the grass in order to watch my kids swim,...
