"The 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for myself and my sister. Located in Truc Bach, was a nice and quiet island that didn't get busy and was only a 10 minute grab to the tourist spots in the old quarter.
Checkin was easy using translation apps as the security was pleasant but spokeno english, which is fine.
Supermarkets and various coffee shops within 1 minute walk from apartment complex.
Cleaned and serviced apartments nearly everyday and always bought us bottles of water.
Wifi was fine for...

"Could not give you a review of the place; I received a message the morning of the reservation informing me that they could not accommodate me. They requested I cancel the booking so I could get reimbursed but I could not get reimbursed from Expedia either and they never reported me as a missed check in. I had to figure out alternative accommodations on the side of the street and was out the money I spent on this stay. "

"We only stayed one night before catching a flight home. The hotel only had "bamboo" rooms available which looked neat and interesting but functionally I didn't really like. The bathroom was not enclosed nor was the window because of the bamboo decor. There was a lot of street noise which made it difficult to sleep. The A/C wasn't too strong. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but wasn't actually ready until almost 7:00am and we had to leave to the airport at 7:00. Also, we had asked...

"The Truc Bach area is a great place to stay in Hanoi if you want some peace and don’t need to be in the heart of the tourist zone. Many restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars are within walking distance and it is a pleasure to walk along the lake. We had great service (thank you Google translator), a good breakfast and a quiet night’s sleep. "
