This apartment offers the perfect accommodation for your vacation. The 50 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, and a balcony or terrace. You’ll sleep comfortably in a double bed and a double sofa bed. The spacious living area includes a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
In winter breakfast is included.

A small starter kit with dishwashing tablets, dish soap (sample), sponge, trash bags, cleaning cloth, and tea towel is provided upon arrival. The resort is dog-friendly (on request, with a fee). Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included. All photos are sample images, as each apartment is uniquely furnished.

Located on Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach-Ossiacher See, Carinthia, Bergresort Gerlitzen offers Ski-in/Ski-out access, a wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and indoor pool, and a kitchen restaurant. Breakfast is included (from January 15, 2024). The Villach Erlebnis Card and toll ticket for Gerlitzen Alpine Road are provided. Free underground parking is available.
