「Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for...

As toalhas estavam manchadas e ao frequentar o salão de jogos, perdemos 1 euro, pois o brinquedo não funcionou. É um hotel muito barulhento na zona dos restaurantes. Um hotel voltado para famílias com crianças. 」
