「A wonderful stay—felt like family! The staff here are incredibly kind and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect—peaceful and natural, yet close to everything you need. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend!」

「Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...

「This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍」

「Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny.」

「The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay with them again. They also have some very friendly kitties. 」
