Der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein & der kostenlose Fahrrad Verleih zum erkunden der wunderschönen Reisfelder und dem kleinen Dorf mit tollen Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal das kleinste Zimmer buchen, aber wir kommen garantiert wieder! Das Personal ist sehr und hilfsbereit, sie waren großartig!」

「While the staff were very friendly and welcoming, my stay was significantly impacted by the noise levels. The property is home to local frogs that live directly beneath the rooms; their calls are remarkably loud and sound similar to barking dogs and is constant non stop! from 8:00 PM until 4:00 AM every night. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you may find it difficult to get any rest here.」

「This was a fabulous place to stay! Interesting scenic location, clean large facilities and the friendliest, helpful staff. They helped us sort out our luggage storage issue so we could spend the day in Tam Coc prior to the sleeper bus! Our very big thanks!」

「This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍」

「Ms Pham Phuong Dung is a lovely lady. Be careful with her service pricing. Do not eat in the restaurant! The food is horrible. You are best to walk to town to eat. 」

「Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny.」

「The rooms themselves are really clean but the toilet and bathroom area in the lobby is flooded / gross which really sucks for anyone not checking in immediately :(」

「The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay with them again. They also have some very friendly kitties. 」
