Location is amazing! 5 minute walk to Main Street. Free bicycle rentals which is a must! Book luxury room, more space. Beds soft. Pool is great and breakfast is good too! We would stay again but for longer.

Perfect

We had a lovely stay at Mr Loa’s Homestay. The bungalows are extremely clean with comfortable beds. The setting is perfect. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. The food was spectacular. The Loa family is so warm and friendly.

Lost my Booking, dirty tap water, food poisoning.

My family arrived at 8pm only to be greeted with a shocked look and being told that they did not have our 2 room booking. We were then asked to squeeze into a single unit, with the promise that the next night would as per our booking. The next night, it seemed they sold our room to another guest and proposed we squeeze into the single room again. We insisted on getting a new room and they (somehow magically) managed to clear one for us. Poor service. Also... The tap water there is brown. The family came down with severe food poisoning which we suspect was due to the food preparation. Would strongly NOT recommend this place. Lots of other more decent places available in the vicinity.

Beautiful views of the rice fields with mountain in the back. Good central location. Lots of food options within short walking distance. Free breakfast at the homestay. The family is extremely friendly and very approachable. We would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful and comfortable homestay.
