The hotel was fabulous despite a rainstorm prior to my visit. Tiên was wonderful- he went above and beyond to ensure things were comfortable throughout my stay, including providing recommendations and support. Hannah provided me with a smooth checkout and recommendations. Lovely staff and a beautiful view with cozy rooms!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Great staff. They have bikes you can borrow for free to ride around town and teach nearby attractions. Enjoyed the pool as well.

Muong Village was a wonderful stay. The property felt magical tucked away into the mountains with animals and a beautiful pond. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful people making it easy to book transportation, tours, and even do laundry.

Vi sad og kiggede mange hoteller og blev enige om dette, og det fortryder vi ikke. Det ligger lidt udenfor byen men er det hele værd med flot udsigt! Og det er jo stadig nemt at komme rundt med cykel, motorcykel eller bil.

It's paradise! The lotus pond, the crickets and frogs at night - I could have stayed a month here! It's fantastic and while a bit far out from Hoa Lu and Tam Coc, it was super easy getting grabs.

An incredible location, just a few minutes bike ride from the nearby village (borrowing a bike from the hotel is free of charge) and a short car ride from the train station and nearby attractions. Everyone working here were very friendly and helpful. The cabins were well-maintained and the entire area felt like a peaceful retreat, emerged in the beautiful scenery.

Le site était très bien, la vue sur les alentours a partir de la piscine était magnifique, il y a un endroit pour louer des vélos électriques qui offre environs 50 km à a peine 5 min. de marche ce qui offre emplement pour explorer la région en famille. Nous avons bien aimé. Seul petit bémol, les photos pourraient être rafréchits car elle date d'au moins 10 ans a mon avis. Mais pour nous le Vietnam est un voyage où l'on ce met en mode "camping" donc tout était bien parfait. Bon voyage!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff! I took my daughter and her family (grandaughters 7 &2). We loved it! After exploring all day and spending time was great. Although our stay had to be cut short.. apparently grandpa’s days of driving a moped are over!!! Had to go to Hanoi for treatment …staff quickly arranged everything for us! I promised my granddaughters we will go back next year!

Enjoyed a rustic stay - the surroundings are beautiful and feels remote however is a short ride to all conveniences. The staff were very friendly and helped me with booking transportation from Hanoi as well as assisted with booking the overnight train.

Great stay. The location is off the main roads so is nice and secluded. The staff is really welcoming and kind. They were able to help us with every question we asked. The breakfast buffet overlooking the pond is a really nice feature. Glad we stayed here.

Tranquil villa surrounded by the limestone karats (these abut the resort on 3 sides and a rice paddy pond on the 4th side with lotus flowers). The room was basic but excellent value and pool surprisingly luxe for the price. Breakfast was to-order rather than buffet, so better quality. Hannah at reception went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. There are few villas and although the resort feels secluded, is only a 2min bike ride/10min walk into the quiet main street. 100% would stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s my favorite place we stayed in Vietnam, it’s like a hidden oasis. The grounds are beautiful, you see lots of work being put into the garden, and it’s tucked back in its own mountain valley. They have bikes you can borrow and both Mua Cave and Trang An are nearby- the property sits between the two. The start staff was kind and wonderful.
