「We stayed in the Sunrise Homestay for a few nights and even extended our stay, as we really liked it. The beds were comfortable and the room was of a good size. The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. 「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. 「Near the Hoa Lu ancient town; friendly staff and cleanliness room」

「Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. 」
