「チェックイン、アウト、ツアーデスクなど親切に対応してくれました。 レンタル自転車を借りたとき、蓮の見どころを聞いたら、親切に教えてくれました。 一番奥のエリアに泊まりました。Spaやプール、レストランは近いですが、朝食のレストランやフロントは遠いです。 チェックアウトの12：000には、電気自動車を待つ人がたくさんいたので、余裕を持って呼んだ方がいいです。 部屋は広くて、天井も高く、木のぬくもりがあるお部屋でした。エアコンの効きもいいです。 シャワールームと浴槽が分かれているのが良かったです。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、備え付けのボディーソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーがありました。 周囲はお店などは有りませんでした。観光では、バンロンがあり、竹の船で水上を散策出来ました。」

「Oanh the owner is incredible. She will fulfill all needs in order to make your stay a grand one. From changing money to booking tours/transportation or any questions you may have about the area. She truly cares about making your stay is the best. She’s is a driving force that is the backbone for her hotel. She checks you in she cooks you breakfast and cleans your room. She is nothing short of amazing. It’s on a side street so quiet and close to everything. Enjoy your stay!」

「Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. As this is near nature, not for the faint hearted for small tiny harmless insects in the room. Picture is...

「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」

「The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .」

「Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. On nous a même prêté une chambre pour nous reposer en attendant que notre bungalow soit prêt. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout est accessible en vélo.
