「A huge spider crawled on me and woke me in the middle of the night. In the morning I could see bites on my chest and hand. When we told the staff during check out, the two female reception agents did not do anything to address it. The one agent responded with she was really scared of spiders so please don’t tell her the details. The other agent, asked to take a picture of the spider. They didn’t ask if we needed any assistance regarding the spider bite, barely an apology. We explained to them...

「Room temperature and atmosphere were excellent, but it would be great if the Spa has Ayurvedic options(I was told by therapist that it is no good for this summer season but Ayurvedic don't choose seasons, we could do any seasons!)」

「The property was clean and had all of the amenities one would want. The best part of the stay was Lily, the hostess, as she took such good care of us and anticipated all of our needs. She lent us bikes and rain jackets which was needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place. 」
