I really enjoyed the location and the family is so kind! The location is walkable to the center of town where you can catch a grab/taxi or visit resturants and shops. The homestay also has scooters or bike rentals, and the breakfast was made fresh.

Great homestay

Such a great place to stay! The owners are so lovely and were very kind to let me check in early. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is HUGE and delicious. Absolutely recommend!

My stay at the homestay in Tam Coc was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The service was exceptional, with the staff providing a detailed map of places to visit and offering great assistance throughout the stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Tam Coc!

The family that owns this place is very nice and friendly. It was relaxing to stay there. Convenient and inexpensive motorbike (scooter) and bicycle rentals. Breakfast that was included in the price every morning was either tea or coffee, a smoothie, 2 eggs, a pancake, a baguette with butter and a small piece of cheese, and some fruit, which was a great way to start your day. 👍😊

Small quiet Homestay close to town

Location is good, off a small side road so no passing traffic and no noisy dogs/roosters. 2 min walk to the restaurants, minimarkets and boat trip. Small courtyard to park motorbikes safely (can rent from them for 100k a day). The Homestay is small and not a 'proper' hostel as such so its missing some things like lockers & a light of shelf in the bed space but does mean you get toiletries and towels included. One ensuite wet room for the 4 bed dorm, plenty of hot water. AC also worked well. Top bunk very hard to get into but bed was comfy. Breakfast was huge and served at what seemed to be anytime. Staff were nice but had limited English. They helped me when my moped I had from another hotel broke down which was much appreciated. Cleanliness and wifi were good. Downside as with anywhere in Tam Coc is that everyone comes off the night bus so be prepared to be woken when guests check in at 5am. Bathroom door is also frosted glass and quite bright when light is on inside but is really the only annoyance!

Vi havde 3 dejlige dage her. Værten var meget hjælpsom især faderen var utrolig venlig. Vi blev mødt med stor gavmildhed og gæstfrihed. Morgenmaden var helt eminent, vi gik ikke derfra sulten🤗🤗

Mycket vänlig familj, enorm frukost!!! Lyhört rum vilket inte är något större problem egendom homestay ligger på tyst gata men fösta kvällen var det några andra väldigt högljudda gäster som störde.

Friendly homestay, great breakfasts!

Very friendly family run Homestay. Kindly let us check in early as bus arrived at 5am. Breakfast is enormous! Great selection, bread, eggs, pancake, fruits etc. Make sure your hungry! Very central location, a minutes walk from the boats. Despite being so central it is also very quiet. Lovely courtyard garden to relax in and have breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
