「We stayed five nights at this excellent hôtel inTam Coc, super clean and comfortable, quiet location but still walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Great service from all the staff, Vy at the reception was very helpful and the young lady serving breakfast ( I forgot her name ) was always professional and very kind. Very good bicycles provided, beautiful pool and such a nice dining room. They even brought a birthday cake in my room! We absolutely recommend the Pataco!」

「Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – ganz nah am Zentrum von Tam Coc und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.」

You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. 「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order eggs and crepes as well as a pho noodle option. I usually had an omelette and/or a banana crepe with chocolate sauce. 「We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). 「The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around.
