"Tam Coc Gardens is truly one of Ninh Binh’s most mesmerizing hidden gems—and an experience I will never forget. What I discovered here far exceeded my expectations. After nearly 2-weeks of traveling through Vietnam, this was the perfect place to end my journey. It was more than a retreat; it was a total reset of my whole being. As a solo traveler, I was initially a little nervous about the secluded location. But once I arrived, I understood the magic. Just minutes from town, yet beautifully tucked away, the lush gardens, water, architecture, tranquility, and warmth of the staff created an atmosphere that felt almost spiritual. My room was absolutely magical and even reminded me of my home in Ghana. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the spacious bed and soothing bedding to the tea, snacks, writing paper, meditation space, fan and AC. The evening turndown, love story card & thoughtful notes were beautiful touches. The food was exceptional—especially the breakfast, which was the best I experienced during my 2-weeks in Vietnam. The fish dishes at dinner were beautifully presented & delicious. The complimentary Garden Eco-Tour & rice-ball class were wonderful, & the spa treatments were pure bliss. A special thank-you to Phuong for his kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful service. Tam Coc Gardens isn’t simply a resort, It is a sanctuary—a place to breathe, reconnect, reflect & simply be. I arrived curious and left restored. I will absolutely return in 2027!"

The food was lovely, the room was so relaxing, clean and comfortable and the bath was a special treat. The air-conditioning worked very well and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was fantastic - large, clean, very comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities (the hot water was the best we experienced in Vietnam), and the best part, NO TV! This homestay truly makes you appreciate the simple things in life, like quiet time and enjoying nature and beauty. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our every need. The breakfast was sensational - try the banana pancake, you won't be disappointed. Every afternoon on your return you are greeted with a juice and fruit platter. On departure, we got a massive hug, and that is exactly what Tam Coc Luxury Homestay feels like, a warm hug from Ninh Binh. We will be back, and next time for much longer. See you soon!"
