A really cozy place to stay, we could absolutely have stayed for several more days! Loved the garden! Nice service, different to choose from during breakfast and a little pool for warm days!

Really friendly staff. They brought us snacks when they saw us, and gave us a goody bag for our onward journey. The Homestay was in a cool location under the limestone cliffs, quiet and peaceful and only a short walk into town.

경치 좋고 교통편 무난하게 이동할수 있고 숙소 자체에서 오토바이 및 자전거 렌트 가능합니다 조식 괜찮습니다.직원은 젊은분만 영어 가능했지만 다른분들은 영어소통 힘들지만 항상 미소와 친절함을 보여주세요 관광지들과 가까워서 좋습니다 아담하지만 밤에는 더 이쁜 숙소인거 같아요

Paradise!! Felt like we were far out in nature but it was only a 10 minute walk into Tam Coc village (only a few minutes on the free bicycles). Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfasts were made to order in minutes and delicious. Fresh fruit and juices when we checked in and returned each day. Unbelievable value for the price. Could touch the limestone mountain about 30 feet from our bungalow door. Our favourite place in Vietnam so far.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold i Tam Coc. Værelserne var måske lidt slidte, men personalet var super venlige og hjalp med alt vi spurgte om. Vi kunne låne cykler og leje en motorcykel. Og omgivelserne er meget smukke.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Words simply aren't enough to express how much we enjoyed this stay. 3 nights at Tam Coc Luxury Homestay just wasn't enough. The room was fantastic - large, clean, very comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities (the hot water was the best we experienced in Vietnam), and the best part, NO TV! This homestay truly makes you appreciate the simple things in life, like quiet time and enjoying nature and beauty. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our every need. The breakfast was sensational - try the banana pancake, you won't be disappointed. Every afternoon on your return you are greeted with a juice and fruit platter. On departure, we got a massive hug, and that is exactly what Tam Coc Luxury Homestay feels like, a warm hug from Ninh Binh. We will be back, and next time for much longer. See you soon!

Et dejligt sted beliggende en kort cykeltur fra byen. Værelset var pænt og rent, men det var personalet, der skilte sig ud. Enormt venlige mennesker, der hver dag kom med et fad med frugt og kager samt te dertil, når vi kom hjem fra tur. Da vi tjekkede ud fik vi også vand og kiks med til busturen. En virkelig dejlig lille oase, som vi klart kan anbefale.

Now that our trip is over, I can say that this is the place that has remained closest to our hearts. It is located in an enchanting spot. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Good breakfast, swimming pool, bicycles for guests. But what sets it apart most? The people who run it: kind, helpful, always smiling. It was a real pleasure to stay with them and, if we can, we will definitely return in the future.

This place was in a stunning location! Just outside of the main hub of tam coc which made it perfect for a peaceful stay! Very easy to access restaurants and life but still being able to enjoy the quiet. Having bicycles to use for free was amazing, and very easy to rent a scooter if desired! They were very helpful with booking shuttles for airport pick up and drop off and the main staff there even made sure to be up very early for my airport shuttle to see I got on with ease. They serve fresh fruit and tea on arrival and throughout your stay. Very caring staff and I was very glad I stayed here!

Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion.
