"Staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our entire trip. We loved the swim up bars and endless drink combinations, the bartenders always helped us discover new fun drinks. We loved having multiple restaurants to go to dinner at and our favorite was American Country. The beach and pools were beautiful and well kept. The room was updated and very large. Would 100% come back. "

"I’ve found a common theme in the reviews, the location and facilities are well kept and the view is great. The most concerning and recurrent theme that you will see is related to service. For a background, I am of Mexican heritage but grew up in the US. As Latino traveling to this particular hotel, I’ve experienced time and time again at multiple restaurants the same service, all latino travelers are not prioritized. The service raise concerns about the very intentional and deliberate service favoring different tourists of different backgrounds. You will find this being a common theme amongst the reviews. This behavior is brushed aside by the service staff. Furthermore the time share experience literally is a racketeering type of thing. Sure, should I have avoided going to the “informational” meeting.. yes, but this experience became a reminder of how upset they become when you don’t want to buy into their model. Like I was lectured by their Marketing Director -Karim, about how I should spend my time and money. I raised my concerns about his lack of professionalism and while I did receive an apology from the developer staff, I’m not sure there are any consequences to his behavior as others have shared similar experiences. It saddens me deeply to see Mexicans treat other Latinos this way in Mexico and while I don’t think it is reflective of Mexico, it certainly is for the service staff at this hotel. "

"Best hotel ever! We have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was. First, the food is another level! Not your typical all inclusive food. The room… just wow The personnel, so sweet and nice! The environment… again… wow The installations, beautiful. I have to mention that we payed extra to be part of The Reserve (VIP) and it was totally worth it. We are planing on coming again to Paradisus next year! "

"This is our first time to Cabo and to an all-inclusive property. The resort overall is overall clean, quite well run. There is direct access to the beach although it is not swimmable - there were patrols to ensure we didn't walk too close to the waves. The hotel room was spacious although could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was great and prompt to response to our requests via their Hyatt app. We were happy with the food options - all the restaurants had great selections and quality for decent for the price point. I especially appreciate the large selection of mocktails since our kids got to enjoy some "fancier" drinks than just juices. One thing to improve would be on the consistency of restaurant service - we had a couple great servers but overall we had to ask for the same things several times. We also appreciate the option to drop off our kids at the Explorer Club so we could enjoy the meal at the adult-only restaurant. The kids club seems very fun as they have different activities throughout the day everyday. Our kids were only there for 2 hours and they had a great time. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Dreams and would recommend the property. "
