Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us. We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Condo ended up being nice. Just such a hassle to check-in in with all the information being needed before hand then the etranfer damage deposit was kinda unnerving. Overall turned out positive . Just did not expect all the preliminary process

L’annonce ne stipule aucunement que c’est un condo que vous devez partager avec d’autre gens. Les instructions pour le stationnement qu’on nous à donner n’était pas claire, nous avons perdu énormément de temps à chercher notre stationnement, pour réaliser que le numéro peinturer sur le ciment était complètement effacer. La clée qu’on nous avons eu pour accéder au bâtiment, assesseur, chambre… Ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de rejoindre l’hôte même si vous lui téléphonée, jamais elle va répondre. Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure dans le hall d’entré du bâtiment avant qu’on nous apporte une nouvelle clé. L’hôte dans un courriel très strict vas vous obliger à lui donner un dépôt de sécurité de 600$ avant votre arriver, sinon on vous refuse l’entrée. Seul façon de procéder c’est par virement paypal. Après notre départ j’ai communiquer avec elle à plusieurs reprises pour qu’elle me rembourse mon dépôt et à ignorer tout mes messages. J’ai due porter plainte à expédia pour récupérer mon 600$ (ce qui a prit une semaine de délai). Le condo que nous avons eu pour la nuit, n’a absolument rien à voir avec celui de l’annonce, les photos sont frauduleuse et le condo est beaucoup moins beau et luxueux que lui qu’on peut voir que les photos de l’annonce
