"Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. The hut was visible from the assigned room and was later confirmed to be unoccupied. Despite presenting booking documentation, staff maintained that their internal system showed a different...

"The room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great and the staff was great. Front counter staff was friendly and helpful. The overall place was dated and could use a renovation. There was a basketball court onsite that can be used for pickleball. Shuttle provided transit to the nearby malls. Great value for the service level. "

"We stayed 17 days and the experience was outstanding. Every staff member from hospitality, security, to reception was attentive and polite. Deliveries from apps like GrabFood and Shein arrived without any issues. The location is unbeatable: bars and restaurants on the ground level, and Ayala Mall Central Bloc just a 5 minute walk away. Metro grocery made it easy to grab food, snacks, or toiletries whenever needed. We also rented a car during our stay registering it and getting free basement...

I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. "
