Everything was great about this place with a view to the Emperors Palace. The service was spot on and great service. The are is super clean and easy access to the running/walking track around the palace. You can even walk to the Tokyo station from the hotel in about 25 minutes while enjoying the palace view.

Fantastic First Trip to Tokyo

Trip was amazing, The Grand Arc Hanzomon was a perfect to rest and plan our stay. Hotel is near the station and has taxis that come by regularly. Atmosphere was soothing and they provide us excellent service and accommodations.

Casual Elegant and Relaxed

The hotel has a great location, the ambient and feel in the hotel is elegant but relaxed, rooms are comfortable, we got a room with a view, definitely recommended. And what the breakfast buffet was amazing!! Would stay again there for sure!!

Great location, staff & hotel overall. The rooms are on the smaller side (as with many in Tokyo) but it was the perfect hotel for our stay. The room has everything you need and more, and the bath amenities are great. Breakfast was also included and good. 3-5 min walk from metro station, overall great place.

Great staff and location

The hotel staff is superb and very accommodating. The location is great although there are not many restaurants in the immediate area. Lastly, the room was small but adequate for a party of 4.
