CHECK-IN Guest Registration is required in advance. You will receive check-in information and guidance a few days before your arrival.
CHECK-OUT We will also advise you on the details of how to check out the apartment the day before. Please do not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.
CHECK-OUT delay: The check-out time is fixed; any delay of 15 minutes would cost 4,000 yen per hour. Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.
* All rooms are non-smoking (including around the building). If smoking is confirmed, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and you will be evicted without a refund. Thank you for not smoking!
* Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including kids, is 2 (regardless of the child's age).
* The minimum damage fee starts from 10,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally.
