Overall great and price worthy hotel. Close to the metro and all places u want to go. Nice and clean. Had a non smoking room. A little smal but that’s seems typical for Japan. The only thing I didn’t quite like was that the AC had very dry air and blasted right on you in bed. But it was ok temperature even without AC. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The overall experience was excellent. However, the rooms needed a little more cleanliness especially carpets, and there was some dust but not to the extent to make it a deal breaker. Just going the little extra mile will be awesome. Besides that I will definitely recommend the hotel. Very accessible to multiple locations, attractions and train stations. Keep in mind rooms are not very big but that’s how it is in Japan so we expected it beforehand.

床にゴミが落ちていました｡ 後はベッドも丁度良い固さで、寝具も清潔感が有り変な臭いも有りませんでした。　 リモコンにもカバーがして有り細かい配慮が見られて良かったです。　 ホテル自体も部屋も浴室も清潔感が有りとても良かったです｡ドライヤー他アメニティも充実しており､また是非利用したいと思いました。

Small rooms only suitable for solo travelers. If you are 2 , don't consider. But for solo travelers, it's a great hotel, with functional, clean and very quiet rooms. Bedding was comfortable and since the rooms face directly the building next door, there is virtually no noise, so you sleep very well. Location is excellent with direct subway lines to all major Tokyo spots, including the Narita limousine bus station (TCAT). Will come back when traveling solo.

部屋・寝具・バスルーム、すべてにおいて清潔であり掃除が行き届いていて気持ちが良いです。ベッドには高さ・クッションの違う2ケの枕が用意されているから熟睡できます。アメニティも充実していて心遣いが嬉しいです。そしてペットボトルの飲み口キャップ部に保護フィルムが付いています、衛生面含め細かな気づかいが嬉しいです。 欧米人2人での利用には狭いです。
