"Good place to stay"

"The bed was comfortable. The water temperature was great! The bathroom needed some TLC. Just looks like poor workmanship, which makes cleaning it difficult. The location was great."

"Filthy, disgusting and unsanitary. Rude girl at reception. I’ve stayed in hostels all around the world, and enjoyed the stays, but this one was horrible and I couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"It’s a cool hotel right in south beach. Beach is across the street. South beach is a bit chaotic itself but the hotel is decent apart from tiny bathrooms."

"Tv did not work, maintenance came in and try to fix the tv and left without letting us know what was wrong. I ask for more pillows and blanket, they said they don't have any, no refrigerator, Check in time was at 4pm, took them over 1 hour for my room to be ready. We did valet parking, when we ask for our vehicle, took them almost 1 hour to get our car, it was 6 blocks away. They did not help with luggage. The valet guy speaks no English at all, he just stood there and watched 5 women put luggage in the back of the trunk. I checked out early. Not worth the price!! Horrible service."

"The property was in a very convenient location. Being with my smoker friend, her cigarettes were a must have and e we didn’t hang to go far. Plus, Ocean Drive was right up the block where you can find fine dining and night life."

"Parking garage on 13th and Collins is good. $20/day Breakfast and pool are at sister hotel, The President, which is a street over on Washington. The beach is literally across the street from Collins, where the hotel is located. Staff is friendly. The area is walkable. "
