I enjoyed my stay here the past couple of nights....very close to everything on Miami Beach. Was like having your own condo easy walking to Publix 3 blocks away. And South Point Park just minutes away. Thank You for a restful experience. Looking forward to staying there again

I’m thrilled with their prompt response and willingness to seek feedback on our experience and areas for improvement. When the front door lock to the complex broke, they promptly fixed it upon my notification. While the unit could use some updates, it’s not a major concern. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Ocean Drive and the Bayside area. A Publix supermarket is just a short walk away, and a Target is also nearby. You’ll find all the necessary utensils, plates, a wine opener, and a traditional coffee machine in your unit. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning to this place.

The building is old but surprisingly no insects not even ants. It has everything you need for your long or short stay. Maintenance people are there all the time and you can ask for anything you need and they are very helpful. Management, Elizabeth, is very attentive and respectful. Overall nice stay. I would go back.

Un excellent séjour à Miami ! 🌴☀️ Elisabeth a été adorable, disponible et très réactive. Lorsque nous lui avons signalé que le premier appartement était trop sombre, elle nous a immédiatement proposé un logement plus lumineux et s’est assurée de notre confort tout au long du séjour. L’appartement était calme, pratique et idéalement situé : proche de la plage et d’Ocean Drive, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas subir le bruit. Un arrêt de bus et de trolley se trouve juste en face, un centre commercial est accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, et un bus direct permet de rejoindre facilement l’aéroport. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Smelled like mildew throughout the whole unit, I expressed to them that I was a recovering cancer survivor and that it wasn’t good for me to stay there and expressed how I needed to find a new place to sleep due to not feeling comfortable staying here any longer, they expressed their sympathy but kept giving me the run around when I asked for a refund due to me having to find another place to sleep due to the mildew smell and the lack of having no blankets, sheets for the pull out bed, the pullout bed had white stains on it. They only gave us 2 hard towels for a 6 person stay. It was just a very horrible experience. Than once I expressed to them that I left the property that same night they were suppose to have the manager Elizabeth contact me which she did, and expressed that she would be contacting me with the estimated time frame that I would receive my refund, which never happened and now they have made it to where I’m no longer able to contact them. And still have not received my refund nor a call or email from them and it’s been a month.. smh very poor customer service!

This location is an old structured building. The carpet in the living wasn’t clean. After check in i had ro throw away an empty bag of doritos with an empty can that was left jn the bedroom. The refrigerator has a leak inside of it. The people in the upstairs apartment kept walking the floor day and night. Parking is available at an urgent care garage approximately 2 mins walking distance, costing $100+ for 4 days. This apartment could use an upgrade along with deep cleaning. Be prepared to purchase coffee, coffee filters and everything needed from seasonings to water. I had to leave the left overs because it couldn’t go back with me on the plane.

Whilst the location was great the apartment looked completely different in the online pictures where it looked warm and inviting. The apartment lead clean but there was no warmth. There was literally not even any salt or coffee left for us in the apartment. I’ve stayed in places where hosts have been extremely considerate and left a feel essentials for a nights stay.

I love this place....In fact I can't wait to rebook here. Great location for your base of tourism goals...South Pointe Park very near. Enjoyed cooking my own meals in the units kitchen with fresh selected foods from Publix down the street. Feels very much like your own home...1 bedroom was spacious and didn't feel cramped like the usual hotel room.

Great experience! The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to get around. The management was very responsive to emails and always helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I came here with my boyfriend and it was great. It was a great price and right in the middle of town so we got everywhere so quickly. The parking was nice and right in front of the building- there were four spots but they were never full so we always got a spot. Overall, I would stay here again.
