「very nice staff!」

「The hotel is so nice and updated. The rooms are clean, beds where so comfortable, bathroom super great! We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting...

「When I came back for my second reservation, the manager at the hotel was very kind and listened to what I had to say regardIng our previous stayed the week before. He totally upgraded us and apologized profusely」

「This hotel is spotless and comfortable. We stay here on our trips back and forth the Okanagan and can always count on it for a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend the Denny's attached to it though. 」
