「The coffee at the lobby has changed, cups are much smaller and the breakfast are missing a lot of things like banana, cheese, bacon, fruit, etc. It is not the same as before.」

「Comfortable. Especially breakfast was nice.」

「Found a dirty diaper in our room under the sink. There was also yellow liquid in the tub. Did enjoy the upgrades and renos. Beds weee comfy. Was not a fan of a duvet without a cover, especially a ripped duvet where fluffing was coming out. Other bed did not have duvet but only a fleeced blanket. Pillows were extremely soft and lacked 」

「We had a great stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and help. We had to travel for my daughter’s surgery and the staff was so kind. They had a popsicle for her to eat and asked how she was. Breakfast was also really great. Excellent hotel and staff. 」

「Well the next time I’m in PG I will definitely stay here. Room was great and extra bonus was two new water bottles a day. Gym and pool were also great for a hotel. 」

「The building itself is old. I love all the plants and tropical vibe. The staff had very minimal contact other than check in and check out. The facilities appeared clean upon entry but the sitting areas by the pool and the gazebo had garbage on the floor and in the water. The Rooms were stuffy, the TVs are very old (neither of the remotes worked) and the beds are extremely HARD. The toilet in our room was cracked at the base and the floors were very dirty. I had to wear shoes the whole time....
