「Location is very convenient, plenty of parking, staff is kind and helpful, room and property in general is really clean but dated. 」

「A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again」

「Beautiful location! Not much around town so a hot plate might be nice in the room incase the weather isn't great for using the BBQ. We had a lovely stay!」

「No reservation when we arrived. Expaedia system errored and booked us a day later. I had to reserve again on the spot. Thank goodness I insured the initial booking. Cancelled it. Color scheme was dingy and older. A bug crawled on my adult son who was our driver. Our room was quite aways down the hallway. Quite a walk for two elders.」

「Smelled very badly like smoke on our floor. Rooms could definitely use some TLC. We had one tiny bar of soap, not enough washcloths etc.」

「The staff and manager went above and beyond to help us with a family emergency and needing to cancel some of our days. They cared and took pride in their jobs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and beyond efficient. The rooms were spacious and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. An excellent stay. I will be back. Can't wait to see the new pool area when it's done!」

「It was my 1st time to visit Prince George and to stay at this hotel "Hyatt Place Prince George". I was a little late to arrive and to check in, because of my train was delayed about 2 hours. But checking in was very smooth. Especially, here's free breakfast was great, very yummy!! Beaucoup, Thanks A Lot, Dohmo Ohkiniyi!! 」
