"This hotel has all the luxuries one would expect from a chain like Mercure. The building is huge, at times feeling like a set for the film ‘Shining’. It is not for me, simply because it has no soul, no character or style. The fittings are cheap, the vibe a bit large group holidays. Spa is accessible with a 30 euro fee."

"Fantastic hidden gem, great host who helped with everything and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this quaint, well renovated and traditional cozy house. Very quiet location, yet within minutes of numerous villages and towns with shops and restaurants etc. Hope to be a guest again in the future."

"We enjoyed our 9 day stay at Mulino della Solaia in the small village of Eisa, Tuscany. The house is very well stocked and equipped; we were a group of 4 adults and 6 teenagers and the house was perfect in terms of accommodation and space. Arceno provided several thoughtful gestures such as a generous welcome hamper, a fully stocked bar, board games and a fully prepared meal by a chef in the house one of the evenings by Ceasar and Francesca, which turned out to be one of our favorite meals!As we arrived during a heat wave, we were so thankful for the air conditioning! And with 6 teenagers, having someone come in daily to clean and tidy was a godsend!"
