Wow, what an amazing property! We rented a beautiful apartment that was originally created in the 13th century but was very updated and comfortable. Kitchen space had fridge/freezer and oven/range and was stocked with dishes and pans. The on site restaurant was fantastic and the best food we've had in Italy. Beautiful pool and each apartment has their own private changing room at the pool. Really helpful staff, Iwish we would have stayed longer! IMPORTANT NOTE- don't use google maps to navigate there, we did and ended up going up the side of a mountain before turning back. Use Waze.

Several positive points: the area is beautiful, the pool was fab and breakfast was excellent. Less good points: the bedroom and bathroom were tired in decor and in need of some repairs. Service at dinner was dreadful, we sat with stale dry bread and water for around 45 minutes whilst others were being served their full meals, before being allowed to order anything ourselves. Other tables were in the same position. Once we had finally ordered, an appetiser was served almost immediately and the main course around a minute later (before we had finished the first), then finally the drinks. If there had been literally anywhere else to go eat, we would have left. The food was tasty but overpriced.

Amazing stay. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They make you feel like family, food is divine. Different menu every night. Our family group of 8 gave it 10/10. Beautiful large swimming pool. Lake to fish at. Everything is very clean.

The stay here was amazing. It is not fancy but a unique experience. The property is gorgeous - the central pool are is wonderful. We were fortunate to stay in the villa with private pool - it was wonderful. What made this place amazing was the restaurant - Chef is outstanding and the service is the best. We are a family with Celiac and the Chef and staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience not to mention it was delicious! We also attended the on site horseback riding and they were also amazing!! Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our family vacation!!

The environment was awesome! Very beautiful and peaceful. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly. The property has very poor signal though and the Roma are very average. We didn’t have warm water for a little bit and it took us time to find the reception to fix it. Overall, worth visiting for the cost and the nature.

The accommodation was clean, however the kitchen was tired and needed to be updated. The location of the accommodation was a distance away from the reception but wasn’t a problem. We had a problem locating the property on arrival due to using Google maps which led us onto impassable roads. This was due to the directions given by Expedia not the property.

the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less traumatic. I have to mention also Marco who was our other angel who drive us all the way to siena to get the bus to florence. whithout them we wouldnt make it at all! and missed all our planned trip to florence. thnak you and thank you over an over for all your kidness. i have tomention as well that we ate at the restaurant there and the argentinian waitress Andrea maybe,,,,,, she is also a fantastic host who attend us very very well trying to do her best to make us feel happy. please remember we ate dinner time and we were in such distress for our situation with budget that she realized how we were and make our stay there way great! highly recommended this hotel .

Struttura particolare,per me che cerco qualcosa che dia emozioni, andava sicuramente bene,lati negativi ne ha, ma, visto che l'esperienza non può essere uguale (se per dire c'è un rubinetto che perde,ad esempio,può non perdere in un'altra struttura,ecc)e qui le diferenze fra una "posizione" ed un'altra possono essere notevoli,la truttura è una "fattoria"con proporzioni da "fattoria" Texana....per arrivare seguire ATTENTAMENTE le raccomandazioni della struttura...il rischio è di trovarsi in mezzo ad un bosco su una strada che definire "di campagna" è essere eufemistici,soprattutto se si arriva da est,poco prima di arrivare,in ogni caso, finisce la strada asfaltata e inizia quella bianca (se siete come mio zio, che adorava la sua auto, non è per voi) arrivate ad una sbarra(per aprirla basta suonare il citofono e si apre, per uscire basta avvicinarsi) che definisce l'inizio della struttura (io ero nell'ultima,e dalla sbarra ci sono circa 5km di strada bianca) dopo ci sono varie strutture in SASSO disseminate nella proprietà(la nostra aveva la piscina.Non perfetta,ma era Maggio e faceva fresco,quindi non utilizzata) le strutture sono ben equipaggate (cucina,riscaldamento ecc) e le foto sono veritiere (anche se le strutture non sono uguali, ma simili)insomma, calcolando che i "voti" dati alle strutture nei vari feedback sono un po "gonfiati",arriviamo alla sostanza (sono esclusi i "pignoli" dell'auto) torneresti?SI,(per la NATURA/COLAZIONE/PULIZIA/ESPERIENZA/SERVIZI/TRANQUILLITA')

Vi er en storfamilie som hadde bestilt 4 værelser. Vi kom til resepsjonen og fikk nøkler til et hus som lå ca 3,5 km fra resepsjon og restaurant, slik at vi måtte bruke bilen til måltidene. Derfor kjøpte vi inn mat til den siste middagen og hadde den hjemme. Huset var bra innredet og vel vedlikeholdt. Nydelige, landlige omgivelser og ungene stortrives selv om de ikke fikk bruke bassenget i påsken. Ikke væt til det heller.
