The good- excellent location, adorable town with excellent views, great food in the area, hotel restaurant and bar staff are nice and helpful, breakfast was good, service was ok. The bad- I know rooms in Europe are notoriously small but this is exceptionally tiny, especially the bathroom, and I’m petite, this is not horrible, but there were two leaks from the ceiling (we suppose) that drenched our clothes and my purse and everything inside my purse-we were out of the room on one occasion and sleeping on the other and found our things completely soaked. That was pretty awful but worst was a constant, unbearable loud buzzing sound every time we turned on the light or any electricity, we tried contacting the hotel to advise by phone and WhatsApp and received no response at all. When i informed them the next day at checkout, it felt they could care less. Would not recommend, and would not stay again.

We were a little disappointed with the room. The room was renovated recently very minimalistic. The bathroom was not clean and the shower had mold growing in it. The room also had a loft that serves no purpose.

Staying here was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered the reception are we felt like we were a beloved family member. We were able to explore the region and come "home" each night to a comfortable space with great food available for breakfast and dinner. They really know how to take care of a traveller. Thank you.

Mobility required, bed two blocks from breakfast

We booked a garden view room only to discover our view was of a construction crane! Very disappointing because we paid the additional price for the view. Hotel is actually a series of hotels owned by one family so we had our room in one building and walked two blocks to go to the building with breakfast. We were also disappointed that they charged us €10 to park our bicycles that was a first and most disappointing experience

Fantástica experiencia en la Toscana

Un excelente alojamiento en el Valle d’Orcia. La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y el desayuno fantástico.

Atenção no estacionamento e endereço de check in

Experiência razoável! RUIM: ========== Estacionamento: Não tem! Você terá que deixar num estacionamento público e aberto. E que fica há uns 200 metros de distância e há uns 30 metros abaixo da rua. Ou seja, prepare-se para subir e descer com as malas. Check-In: É num endereço diferente da reserva! Então você ficará perdido. Esse item deveria ser destacado na reserva mas nao é. Vem uma observação muito pequena a respeito. Insistência em fazer upgrade de quarto: vc é quase "coagido" a fazer o upgrade. Sensação terrível! Nao querem te mostrar o teu quarto reservado e insistem em que você veja o quarto superior. Desnecessário! BOM: ==== Quarto: tamanho bom, cama boa e quarto estilo toscano. Café da Manhã: Excelente! Fantástico! Um dos melhores que provei na região! Deveria ter jantado no restaurante do hotel também!

Bellissima esperienza, hotel molto romantico e caratteristico, noi eravamo nella villa moderna, camera confortevole. Ristorante molto valido. Torneremo con piacere. Unica piccola pecca è forse l'arredamento della camera, moderno e non tipico, ma non ha turbato affatto questa bella esperienza. A presto!
