「The view was amazing. We saw more bears during our drive to and from the condo than in the actually smoky mountain hikes and drives. Hot tub was not working one of the days we attempted. Laundry facilities were handy. Beds were ridiculously hard but that is pretty common with rentals. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and kitchenware. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.」

「Before my stay, I found out that there was an issue between the amount I paid through Expedia and how much the company was actually charging (they sent me an email saying I had a pending amount of $84 to pay, even though I had pay my stay in full through Expedia). 「It was a great time and the price was amazing. Had some issues finding and getting into my room the first day because I wasn’t sent the room number but was able to get in contact with the 24hr support team and they helped me pretty quick. other then that no issues, I would definitely recommend this place」
