「It was a nice clean room. Upon arrival, everything seemed great. However, the highway next to the garage door type window made sleep impossible. The bedroom window let in noise as well. There could be a wonderful place with a little noise abatement work. I would think that the street facing rooms would be fine, the street seems quiet.」

「Apartment was large and roomy - great location - walking distance to D/T Memphis attractions. Would have been nice to have check-in instructions the evening before or the morning of arrival - But host was quick to respond - Overall a nice stay」

「Host communicated quickly. Rental was as expected. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had supplies to cook our Thanksgiving meal, plenty of towels for showers and a fun basket of snacks. Lots of parking and the felt safe. There was a lot of street noise as it sits on a busy street so maybe request one of the units in the back.We will would stay again.」

「Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't...
