「The rooms were so bad that I did not stay and the people at the front desk would not refund my money. The rooms that I looked at smelled like mildew and smoke. The first room that I looked at, had water dripping from the supply line at the toilet. I did not spend the night at this property and I would not recommend anybody else stay at this property.」

「The entire time you are talking a to a BOT. Never a live person. Your host is a virtual person. All your questions and concerns are answered by a BOT. Checking in is very mechanical and unwelcoming. They won't let you know where your is or how to get in the building until 5 minutes before checking time 4:00 PM. We wanted to check in only 1 hour earlier than 4:00 PM, and the BOT would tell us that it will cost us $28 if we wanted to check in at 3:00, Even though the unit was available. I am...

「Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

「Très propre et bien aménagé pour 6 personnes sans problème. Lits confortables, air climatisé très efficace, assez calme. Cuisine entièrement équipée, café, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle et autres savons fourni. Les photos reflète très bien la réalité. L’arrivée et le départ s’est fait facilement. Seul bémol, j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver que l’appartement était au 3 ieme étage, l’information de départ était pas clair.」
