「シャワーが冷水しかでず、風邪をひきました。 部屋の変更を依頼したら、すぐに対応してくれたが、その部屋は広すぎてエアコンが不十分で寒かったです。」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Harmony House. I was very thankful to have the option to check in early since I am traveling and had two dogs with me. We loved the putt putt area for sure! Although my dogs were unsettled for about an hour, everyone was patient, understanding and communicated the issue promptly ( pups are getting used to traveling as well.) I hope we are able to stay again sometime, without the pets and really appreciate all the Harmony House has to offer. 」

「This place was awful. From the moment I first pulled in the parking lot and seeing how unkept it was not mention people loitering about I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I hoped the unit itself would be better but it was in disrepair and was not somewhere I wanted to be. I ended up having to scramble to get other accommodations and I am hoping they are going to refund for this stay because there was no way I was staying here.」

「It was cold in Nashville and not being able to manage the temperature was a real inconvenience. The first floor was really cold. 」
