「Overall a nice, short stay. We’re always happy anywhere we have a hot tub right outside our door. We’d say the description was pretty accurate. A couple things to note:•The place was relatively clean everywhere else, but we couldn’t walk across the floors barefooted because the bottoms of our feet would end up black from the dirt.•The lights on the porch are solar, but the panel that was meant to charge them looked like it had been knocked down (maybe by an animal?) at some point and was busted...

「We loved staying at Top of the Row during our girls weekend in Nashville. It was so convenient to walk to breakfast and shopping, and a short Lyft from downtown Broadway. We had a wonderful experience and loved all of the decor and everything about the house. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we can't wait to visit again next year! 」

「I’ll start with the pros : it’s close to a lot of things and pet friendly. Bathrooms are nice and apt has a nice layout and roomy. Cons : bedsheet for one of the beds dirty and stained, holes in towels so bring your own. Apartment floor dirty - could be cleaner. 2nd day we didn’t have water . We left came back and still no water. I cut my stay short and had to leave. Prop mgr refunded me two nights . Disappointed but it was for the best I didn’t love the place anyway. It was so so …eh.」

「My group and I were very happy with our stay. The unit is in a great location for anyone who wants to make the most of their Nashville trip. There was plenty of room in the common area, kitchen, and bedrooms. We never felt over crowded and we had privacy. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 starts for the cleanliness is because there was some dust on the air units, fan, lamp and windowsill. I am very sensitive to dust, so this was an issue. Aside from that,...
