"The rental was cute, clean spacious had thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer which saved me to get ready for an event that I was attending. Nice lighting the balcony was quaint as well. My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again."

"We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We...

"We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The parking was amazing for Nashville. We were there for a cheer competition and walked to the Nashville Muncipal Auditorium all 3 days! Also walked to Broadway and back along the river. Super quiet area perfect for a relaxing evening after a hectic day. Felt completely safe with my 2 teenage girls. "
