「Nice condo and the location is beautiful.」

「Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning!」

「The condo inside was great. No complaints about that. The location was beautiful. No complaints about that. BUT when I tried to go out on the balcony I was immediately stung and attacked by what looked like bees. My husband said it looked like African bees because they were highly aggressive and attacking the window door when I came back inside after being stung. So I called the number that they gave us if there was a problem. No one answered but the voicemail told me to call another number...

「Overall location is great for accessibility to Gatlinburg; however, it being described as "across the street from the aquarium" is a bit of a stretch. It's still a bit of a walk to the main strip. The apartment was tidy but could definitely use a deep clean. There seemed to be a thick layer of dust on the baseboards/doors and under the beds were a bit filthy. I would recommend bringing your own linens and pillows if you can as what is provided was definitely on the cheap side and not very...
