The rental was cute, clean spacious had thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer which saved me to get ready for an event that I was attending. Nice lighting the balcony was quaint as well. My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.

We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner communicated clearly before and during our stay, making sure we knew everything we needed to expect. The location was perfect and right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean plates, pots, pans, and utensils, and the home had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful home, and I would definitely stay here again! Also, we saw a hot air ballon on the rooftop. 🎈🎈😊

There were some people being very loud in the room next to us very late at night, and when I reached out to the front desk they were very helpful and the noise stopped. My husband and I would stay here again it was a perfect place for our short trip. Thank you!!

Lofts On Maney offers a great alternative to hotels in Murfreesboro. For the price you enjoy a very accommodating space and a pleasant environment. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, and I never had any problems during my stay. When I take another trip to Murfreesboro I would absolutely consider booking here again; great experience.

The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!

The only thing would be that it needed more trash cans, ice at the ready, and maybe some spices like salt and pepper for takeout food. The sofa is a little short and it would have been nice to have a sleeper sofa instead.

The property was okay. I didnt like that the ceiling fan in my bedroom never worked for the entire week we stayed. I told them about it on the second night of my stay, they promised to fix/replace the fan for my comfort but never did. I also didnt like that the building doesn't have an elevator, so we had to walk up and down 18 stairs per floor to get to the 3rd floor. The main building door didn't always lock automatically which was a big security risk as the area is a bit isolated and the overflow parking lot needs more lighting. As far as the staff, we had one negative experience when a lady came to check the ceiling fan. Upon leaving my room she told the host that she heard a dog barking in my bathroom which was definitely not true as I had NO pets!! I was definitely annoyed because I had no idea why she would say something like that.

Great building and apartment. Brand new or newly renovated. Plenty of towels and pillows. No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. Secondly, the large shower head makes for a relax shower but the water tends to fall versus jet from the fixture. This causes you to stand very close to the mixing valve when wetting/rinsing your hair. Having a longer shower arm (pipe) to extend the shower head further from the wall would make that activity much more comfortable. Overall - I expect to book again next month!
