"Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was immaculate, spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of parking in the front lot or the parking garage behind. It’s just a couple minute walk down one street to the Parkway where everything is happening. 15 minutes from Dollywood and that’s with the outrageous traffic that was going from the annual spring RodRun. Overall, I don’t think we could’ve had a better stay anywhere. Will definitely stay again when returning to Gatlinburg. "

"Perfect location to walk to strip and activities. Trolley pickup is convenient. Balcony overlooking main drag of Gatlinburg. Parking garage added bonus. Breakfast had adequate options. Elevator wait was long at times. Overall very satisfied with stay."

"Pool was closed and visually a eye sore because of leaves and old rain water( it should've been updated on app because I wouldn't have booked. I had mold in my room. Multiple stains on bedding. I tried to get some of my money back but staff came to my room to "fix" my issues. You can't "fix" mold and it was too late to book elsewhere. Worst experience EVER‼️"

"A fun family weekend getaway. Park Vista does not disappoint. Perfect views of the mountains, super nice staff and clean rooms. The shower water and temperature were on point. Hot water consistently!! Definitely a must for a hotel experience."
