「The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator...

「The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...

「we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed.」
