"Jacuzzi in room did not work, no towel bars or hooks, and no luggage racks in room. Took several hours to get one when requested. Otherwise, had a deluxe king room in tower, but we were on first floor next to registration. Room size was very good. Room Service breakfast was delivered quickly and was delicious. Grounds were clean and well kept."

"The property is beautiful, rooms are great, and the beds are sublime. Great sheets - would love to get them for home! We walked the grounds each day and enjoyed the views from every location - architecture, landscape, vineyards were all gorgeous. We had breakfast at Bouquet both mornings we were there - truffle brioche sandwich and burrata toast are highly recommended. They should bottle their truffle aoli! We used their massage partner Soothe for in room couple massages and it was perfect! So easy and what a treat not to have to leave the room! Great way to start your day!"

"The hotel was amazing! We loved our bungalow, we could walk right out to the vineyard. Staff was very kind, free and easy parking, clean rooms. Also a plus the room had a great bathtub."

"This house was awesome! Very clean, super comfortable beds, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very responsive management team. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as the game room. The TV is huge and we had fun watching movies in our private theater. The house and yard are very private with no immediate neighbors. The yard is super peaceful and we loved being outside and listening to the birds. We enjoyed being out "in the country," yet it's an easy 15-20 min drive to Old Town. Bring your groceries because you won't want to leave!The WIFI was out the first day (which affected the remote pool controls, use of tv etc.), but the team sent out a tech the next morning to get us up and running. They were very communicative and quick to help with whatever we needed.My only complaint is that the cost to heat the pool is extravagant at 300 per day, and they require you to heat the pool for each day you are there. When I booked, I was under the impression that was for the "full" days, but in fact that includes check in day and check out day, even if you're not using it those days. (I'm hopeful that they will change this policy for future guests because they do seem responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to make a great experience for renters.)I would definitely recommend this property."

"The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The landscaping was a little upkeep and the backyard had weeds growing in the pool area. It’s such a nice area that we had a pool day planned based on the photos. I sent pictures, because the host mentioned he had a gardener, so I think he just wasn’t showing up. "

"We loved this property! Jacuzzi and pool, covered patio and BBQ. We enjoyed coffee in the morning watching the hot air balloons. All wineries were close by….location is exceptional! It was pet friendly . We will definitely return! My only problem was the itrip website…..not a fan."

"This house worked great for our group! House was clean (so was the pool and hot tub), extremely well stocked, descriptions and photos are very accurate. If anything, the photos don't do the space justice. The living room is larger than can be shown in picures with an awesome u-shaped sectional that was perfect for relaxing, visiting,and playing games with our extended family. "
