The rooms were perfect—spacious, well-maintained, and spotless. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I forgot his name but I checked in the hotel I think 8pm and the guy was friendly nice and communicated very well. Very helpful. This is why I keep coming back to this hotel in Temecula. It’s my go to staycation

Great stay, no pool but a gym yes

Absolutely stunning clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, 3 pillows per bed. Sofa, large bathroom, large shower stall, barn slider door. Adorable kitchenette with dishwater and a full fridge and stovetop, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea available. They do have a gym, no pool.

I requested a handicap and you didn’t have one available. Eric at the front desk came to my room to see if everything was ok with the bathroom. He said he would talk to the manager to get me want I needed. Excellent service!!

Too many things went wrong

Problems with the 3rd party food pantry company. Elevator broke down on the stay we were on the 3rd floor with all of our luggage and cooler. And had to carry down all items. Originally planning to extend the stay 2 more days, but after the mid week rate hike and a non working elevator and staff tuat really did not care or offer any solution or apologies i am no longer impressed by this location.

There was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel which delayed my check in for well over an hour. This caused me to arrive late the the event I was there for. Over the phone I was told I’d receive a $50 credit. As of today I’m not seeing it in my OneKey cash.

everything was great, clean, and the staff was friendly. however i checked out within 2 hrs because of all the noise in my bathroom. turns out they were doing some plumbing work and they had a large rattling thing coming out of the shower drain. that thing was loud and obnoxious. it went on for about 30-45 min. it also dirtied the shower floor. that was pretty unprofessional that they decide to do that without a notice. front desk said manager would call me and they never did. nothing against the staff at the front desk, but towards management…

This is a fairly new property. The room configurations, large elevator and heavy duty luggage trucks are the areas of consideration for me. There were not any assessible rooms available. Having said that, there were grab bars in the standard bathroom and staff provided a shower seat that fit in the tub.
