「You could not adjust the heat in your room, you had to go to the office and ask for heat..had a little kitchen, that you could not use…no dishes, no silverware. TV was tiny. Floors were cold. It was clean」

「Appalling how dirty this place was. Ants crawling and dead all over the room. Pool was so disgusting our kids were even too grossed out to go in. Toothpaste on bathroom counters. Dont think the floors have been cleaned in several weeks if at all. 」

「The pool was soooooooo cold!! It was a bit disappointing. We booked this hotel because we wanted to spend lots of time in the pool but it was like a cold plunge !!!!! We weren’t the only people that were dissapointed as well. So 6 people were very dissapointed. But loved that you had laundry and free breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the room was nice. It was just the pool that was disspointing. 」

「After travelling a long day, I arrived at the hotel with a smooth checkin. After getting to my room, I was excited to relax and order room service. However this option was removed. Therefore I called down the restaurant to order take out. No problem. Except, the phone rang and rang. After about 30 mins of trying to get through. I finally placed my take out order. 「Clean room, quite exactly what I was looking for time alone . Very peaceful. Night walk was very nice thru the village . Not breakfast but fruit , tea n coffee was available. Would go again yes . 」

「Great room, facing the mountain, very spacious, nice bathroom, rugs and furniture (dressers) need replacing - old, and very stained rug. Very comfortable though, good beds !!! Staff very nice. 」
