"The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was okay. The fire door outside of our room soft closure was broken and the door started slamming at 6.30 . We did report it to the front desk and we are going back this week and I’ll check to see if it’s repaired. "

"Very nice place to stay. Floors and elevator were pretty dirty but it won’t stop me from returning. It was pretty dead in general so it was hard finding somewhere to eat. I loved the hot tubs!"

"This is our third time to stay at Hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites in Salmon Arm. My family and I had had good staying experience until this time, one of the pillow had a blood stain which looked like the pillow case isn't washed. I didn't want to bother anyone since it was noticed in the midnight and there were still other pillows can be used. Besides the clean problem, the waffle machine in the breakfast area was too old to be used. My family and I were looking forward to making waffle for breakfast, however we tried three times, every time the waffle was stick on the machine, it was very difficult to be taken off and eventually it was moved from the machine to our plate in a terrible shape."
